Taryn Riddle
Founder and Chief Executive
Nicolas Dominguez-Carrero
Chief Impact Officer
Taryn recently graduated from Harvard University with degrees in Economics, South Asian Studies, and Middle Eastern Studies. Her career experience includes finance, Fortune100 consulting, non-profit work, tech, and entrepreneurship.
She grew up in Dallas, Texas, and graduated high school with over $2.5 million in merit scholarships along with a determination to help other students get there too. She believes strongly in the power of international education and mentorship as a means of solidarity and support. During her time at Harvard, she traveled to over 45 countries, primarily for mentorship, teaching, and leadership in various conferences reaching thousands of students. Ivy Global is the culmination of these experiences.
Outside of academics, she played cello in Harvard's Mozart Society orchestra, served as President of Harvard Texas Club, and studied Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, and Portuguese. She is currently based in NYC.
Nico Dominguez Carrero is a recent graduate of Harvard College, where he studied Environmental Science and Public Policy, with secondary in Global Health and Health Policy.
In his work, he is broadly interested in complex crises, having worked on pandemic response, climate adaptation, and climate-sensitive humanitarian responses in a wide array of settings: non-profits, Department of State, McKinsey & Co and more!
A Colombian-American, Nico is a polyglot with a passion for intercultural exchange. Prior to Ivy Global, Nico organized debate conferences in Latin America as a board member of Harvard Association Cultivating Inter-American (HACIA) Democracy, the world’s oldest and largest debate simulation of the Organization of American States for high schoolers. Nico is excited to join Ivy Global, and support strategic planning for increasing financial accessibility and our flagship social impact initiatives more broadly.
Isabela de Oliveira
Chief of Outreach
Isabela recently graduated from Harvard College with degrees in Human Developmental and Regenerative Biology and a secondary in Global Health and Health Policy. Her family is originally from Brazil, and she has led research and educational programs across Central and South America.
At Harvard, Isabela conducted research on T cell aging in the Church Lab, and directed programs at both Harvard Model United Nations (HMUN) and Harvard National Model United Nations (HNMUN). She held leadership roles in Harvard Undergraduate Brazilian Association (HUBA), and in independent research labs on and off campus.
She is currently based in Boston as a Research Associate in the pharmaceutical industry, where she pursues her interests in immunology and translational medicine.
Prabhroop Chawla
Chief of Strategic Growth and Outreach
Prabhroop graduated from Harvard University in 2023 and brings a background in International Relations, Ethics and Politics. She holds two Master’s Degrees and some of her experiences include consulting for top companies, working at the Canadian Embassy in Laos and at the Senate of Canada. Prabhroop speaks multiple languages and is passionate about supporting students find their unique strengths and paths.
Desiree Rickett
Director of Model United Nations Programming
Desiree is a recent graduate from Harvard and currently works as a paralegal at a corporate law firm in Boston. Her degree is in Economics and Government with a focus on Public Policy. She was head delegate of Harvard’s Model UN team and has directed for various college and high school conferences.
She is super excited to serve as executive leadership for IvyMUN and connect with her delegates. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, doing escape rooms, and spending time with family and friends.
